ISAGE, previously Robyn Rowe Consulting, is an Indigenous-owned consultancy focused on strengthening relationships between Indigenous communities, researchers, and institutions. We support partners in moving toward community-driven and Indigenous-led research, offering guidance on ethical practice, culturally grounded data governance, and approaches that honour Indigenous sovereignty and self-determination.

Rooted in Indigenous values and guided by lived experience, ISAGE helps organizations move beyond compliance and toward meaningful, respectful, and accountable relationships with Indigenous Peoples. Our work integrates Indigenous knowledge, research ethics, and practical strategy to create pathways that are culturally resonant, actionable, and sustainable.

We collaborate with universities, governments, health systems, community organizations, and research networks across Canada. Whether we are developing governance frameworks, advising on Indigenous Data Sovereignty, facilitating strategic discussions, or building capacity through tailored trainings, our goal is the same: to support ethical research and decision-making that reflects Indigenous priorities and rights.
